Ive already had 4 investors on the phone to me about this place......so get your yourself down to that open day on the 18th April..... My gut feel is that the photo's probably hide a few demons so I expect that this place will need some work......places here will rent in the blink of any eye so its an investors dream! I would expect this to go for well above the asking price but with strong capital growth and the tenants queuing up you can go wrong!
