Eastfield Road, 4 Bed Semi - Nicely done out!

Afternoon everyone! Well Eastfields Road seems to be a popular location for investors and owner occupiers alike! Its on with Connells for £449,950. 

For all you landlords then I would expect to get yields around the 4.5% mark....but with house prices going up around 6.3% per year in the area you would get some long term gain as well.....well worth considering...even more so as given its in great condition you get this on the rental market within 24hours of being given the keys!

Likewise with any owner occupiers who are looking to set up base but maybe move on in a few years this is sound investment. Its above average price for Eastifield Road area but then this place is probably at the top end of the market. I would say this is fairly priced.....but personally I wouldn't get involved in a bidding war!

Ye Meads, 3 bed bungalow - Shout out to all the developers!

Good evening.....! Interesting one this! Its just come on the market with Campsie for £539,950. 

The average asking price in this neck of the words is just over £400K....but this place is not what you would call average. However......for its worth I still think this asking price is a tad optimistic given the finances involved to get this ship shape.....I would happily be proved wrong on this one though!

Maypole Road - Studio apartment - Not bad for a starter!

Good afternoon all! Glenn Flegg have just released this studio apartment for £135K.....You will not find them much cheaper than this in the Taplow area so may well be worth a look if you're looking to get on the property market but outside of Maidenhead. Its situated on the borders with Burnham so good accessibility to either Taplow or Burnham train stations. 

Alternatively....don't count this out as a good little investment property you can certainly expect yields approaching the 5% mark.....not bad at all!

Good evening Taplow property fans! As usual I like to keep you up to speed with all new additions to the Taplow property market....today this 4 bed end of terrace has just come to the market with Braxtons for £795K. Its really, really nicely done out and certainly would get some interest on looks alone! 

With similar properties going for around the £730K mark in this area about 6 months the price is not a million miles off the mark.....but I would expect you would pick this up for a bit under the asking price.

Any place that comes on the market within Cedar Chase is not to be ignored! The Modern House have this on the market for £490K and it will have buyers lining up as I'm writing this. Its great location on Rectory Road means its just ideal for St. Nics school, the local pub and the village Green.
